Course Introduction and Description:
This 36 hole golf complex is situated in the heart of the rolling Monmouthshire countryside overlooking the Usk Valley.
Founded in 1989 The Usk Course and The Monnow Course offer the society or holiday golfer excellent value for money. There are plans to further develop the courses and clubhouse and introduce cabin style overnight accommodation.
The Usk Course offers a challenge to golfers of all abilities. There are some very strong par 4's with the 3rd, 9th and 13th being the pick. Differently shaped holes offer an added challenge and interest.
The Monnow Course though shorter and with 1 or 2 tight holes, offers an interesting contrast to its bigger sister. Spectacular views of The Usk Course that sits below it and adjacent countryside are an extra reward for a good day of golf.
One of the few courses in Wales that offer a days golf on 36 holes.
