Course Introduction and Description:
Pennard GC was founded in 1896 and is a course of long tradition, history and repute.
With views to take your breath away the course is equal to any links around the coast of the UK. It is a real gem.
From a noted American golf commentator..."Pennard is the best course that I have played in my life". Praise indeed.
Whatever your standard of golf Pennard is sure to please. From relatively straightforward par 4's to unplayable holes into a head wind and gorse to the left and right.
Designed by the great James Braid, the 14th is named after him. Holes with a stroke index of 5 or less will test your golf, endurance and thought process!
