Wales Golf Breaks

Book with Confidence

From Swansea to Aberystwyth there are some enchanting links and parkland courses. The first golf club to be recognized was formed among amid the sand dunes beside the medieval walled town of Tenby in 1888.

Other classic championship links can be enjoyed in the region, for example, Ashburnham Golf Course where Sam Torrance won his tour event.

This area of outstanding natural beauty also offers some newer courses, particularly Machynys Peninsula, a links style course, set on the Loughor Estuary and over 7000 yards. This course, in its short life, already hosted the LPGA Championship of Europe.
